1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (NASB)
Now I make known to you, brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain.  For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,

Purpose of this Ministry:

The purpose of the Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church Christian Workers Ministry (“CWM”) is to guide and support those who desire to trust Jesus for salvation and assist them in uniting with a local body of believers.

1 Corinthians 15: 1 – 4, Hebrews 10: 23 – 25, Romans 10:17, and John 5:24.

Team Requirements   

Persons serving in the CWM must first be committed Christians with the willingness to serve, teach, be teachable, and also have the ability to manage, organize, and effectively communicate.

 Additional qualities required of the CWM team:

• Dedication, support, and goal orientation
• Compassion, encouragement and/or serving
• Abilities to handle difficult people and situations while maintaining a positive attitude

Target Audience

• Primary Target: Those seeking/desiring a relationship with Jesus Christ and assurance of salvation and who desire to unite with GHMBC
• Secondary Target: To assist those seeking/desiring a relationship with Jesus Christ, assurance of salvation and desire to unite with a local body of believers other than GHMBC, or desiring watch care.
