Each Hope Teams consist of a minimum of 6 men and maximum of 12. The facilitator is responsible for making sure their Team engages in F.A.I.T.H.

- A – Actively Serve Others
- I – Invest Themselves in Discipleship
- T – Take Hope to All People
- H – Have Accountability Relationships
