Senior Fitness Class 59 & Under
This Senior Fitness Class is a 60-minute beginner fitness class intended for seniors 59 & under years of age. This class is a circuit-based routine that will slowly guide through you using the fitness equipment available in the church’s fitness center. We will learn how to use fitness equipment to target and strengthen every muscle group through your entire range of motion which will increase everyone’s general mobility and balance over time. Your registration is good for all classes [Feb 4, 11, 18, 25].

This class is a circuit-based routine that will slowly guide through you using the fitness equipment available in the church’s fitness center.
