McGregor Way Dr., Houston, TX 77004. Program starts promptly at 3:00pm. Please decorate your cars with balloons, posters, and streamers. We will tour historic sites in the 3rd Ward, highlight social injustices that impact our communities and voter engagement strategies to overcome those impacted.
