The mission of the Management T.E.A.M. is to Help Ministry Function Efficiently and Effectively. This team consists of the Finance, Administration, Human Resources, Marketing , Media & Sound, and Operations staff.

Manages the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, day-to-day record keeping and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable and receivable. Manages and oversee all external audits, internal controls, and tax and reporting functions

Administration provides logistical, process, administrative, and communication support for the needs of the Senior Pastor, pastors on staff, ministries, congregation, and committees. .

Human Resources
Plan, coordinate and direct the administrative functions related to human resources. That includes compensation and benefits, recruiting, staffing, onboarding, payroll and benefits. Benefit coordinator for health, dental and flex plans.

The Good Hope Marketing department is responsible for the development and design of all marketing material on campus. Television productions, monthly magazines, push cards are just a few of the design concepts we develop. Experience is preferred but not necessary!

Media & Sound
The Media & Sound Ministry is responsible for the audio, graphics, lighting and video components that enhance all worship experiences. Experience is preferred but not necessary!

Operations is responsible for the opening, closing and ongoing operations of the Good Hope campus. Duties includes room scheduling, building maintenance, facilities requests, and transportation just to name a few. Come join our team.
